At Spritz Car Cleaning Products, we are committed to your satisfaction and strive to provide the highest quality products and service. We understand that there may be occasions when you need to return a product, and we are here to make the process as smooth as possible. 1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

  • Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange for a return or exchange.

  • Unopened and Unused Products: If you wish to return a product that is unopened and unused, you may do so within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please note that a restocking fee may apply.

2. Returns Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide Information: Please provide your order number, a detailed explanation of the reason for the return, and any relevant photographs if applicable.

  • Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved.

  • Return Shipment: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible) and include a copy of your invoice or packing slip along with the RA number. Ship the package to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Exchanges: If you are returning a product for an exchange, we will ship the replacement item as soon as the returned item is received and processed.

4. Restocking Fee

Please note that a restocking fee may apply to returns of unopened and unused products. The amount of the restocking fee will be communicated to you by our Customer Service team when you initiate the return.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs for defective or damaged products, or in cases of an incorrect product shipment, will be covered by Spritz Car Cleaning Products. For returns of unopened and unused products, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
